Abstract
The article is devoted to analysis of the influence of global processes, which involve people, on the prospects and directions of development of modern civilization. We focus our attention on one of the major problems, namely, the human impact on the environment and the consequences of such influence on all spheres of life. The authors consider possible scenarios for different regions of the world and shows how socio-economic and climatic changes can affect different spheres of the world community, which ultimately will determine globally the prospects for the development of modern education.
