The journal was founded in 2001.
It is published four times a year.
The journal is included in the List of Peer-Reviewed Scientific Publications Recommended for Publication by the Higher Attestation Commission, which must publish the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Sciences and the degree of Doctor of Sciences in the following scientific specialties and related fields of science: 5.7.1. Ontology and Theory of Knowledge (Philosophical Sciences), 5.7.7. Social and Political Philosophy (Philosophical Sciences), 5.8.2. Theory and Methods of Teaching and Upbringing (by Areas and Levels of Education) (Pedagogical Sciences), which form the following sections:
