Abstract
The article describes the main scientific-philosophical aspects of legal education as a part of professional humanitarian education. There are revealed the basic parts of legal culture and legal awareness in legal education, which are necessary prerequisites for the formation of legal state. There are discussed the elements and levels of legal culture and legal awareness, their structural components, the relations between them and the role and place of these legal phenomena in legal education.
