The article describes the essence of a multisided platform, as a way of interaction of participants on multisided market. The typical structure and basic network effects of using a multisided platform are described. The key features of pricing in the multisided markets and the multisided platforms are considered. The essence of crowdsourcing is analyzed. The advantages of crowdsourcing as the collective interaction of stakeholders, both for customers and for society are highlighted. We are suggest to consider a platform for crowdsourcing as a multisided platform, which is subject to the laws of pricing on the multisided markets and multisided platforms. Ways of solve the problems of pricing in crowdsourcing projects in domestic practice are allocated.

The conception of the system specifics of renewal of financial relations of mergers and acquisitions of non-finance corporations is formed. It becomes apparent in the context of mutual dependence of processes of development of subsystems of social and economic system, including financial, productive-economic, social etc. The results of development of the subsystems are expressed in their progressive or regressive renewals. The nature of renewals depends on achievability of synergetic effects by mergers and acquisitions projects; this achievability is defined by the ability of their participants to resist impact of risks. The actuality of revelation of the system nature of riskogenics of reproduction of strategic processes of corporate integration, which is of integral nature, is proved. The nature is formed by complexity of adequate forecasting of finances of corporate integration in view of the whole variety of mutually dependent turbulences of the subsystems of the social and economic system.

A new point of view regarding the content of express analysis of the financial state, carried out for strategic purposes for the first time or pursuant to the already adopted financial strategy of an enterprise, is presented. An exceptional role of various topical groups of financial coefficients in identification of a certain type of financial crisis at the enterprise is formalized in the course of the research. The article also proves the new procedure for usage of the results of financial monitoring for initiation of correction of a finance strategy only after clarification of their strategic essence on the basis of factor models of in-depth analysis.

The article analyzes the role of hydropower construction, current and possible future water reservoirs as part of the hydroschemes on the rivers Angara and Yenisei in the formation of water quality under the influence of the economic development in the region of the Middle Yenisei and the Lower Angara. In accordance with this main attention is given on identifying the role of reservoirs with the following items: 1) the formation of a possible economic complex, including energy-intensive industries, 2) assessing the state of the water environment that can arise under the influence of economic development of the region. As a research tool, a model that describes the process of changing the concentrations of impurities in the regulated water body (reservoir) and in the bottom sediments is proposed. The calculations made allowed to determine how is changed water quality in the reservoirs of the cascade of HPS under the influence of discharge of industrial wastewater of the promising pulp and paper mills in the Lower Angara region.

The article deals with public-private partnership in the sphere of housing and communal services. A mathematical model for determining the readiness of state and commercial structures for partnership. On the basis of expert evaluation criteria imposed by computer simulation determined the level of preparedness of each of the actors to the partnership. The analysis of the simulation results.

The paper analysis the results of realization public contractual work in the regions of country on the data of 2014 year on the contracts, made by the small enterprises and individual entrepreneurs. Discuss the dynamic of quantity and value of contracts. Analysis based on the created economic-mathematical models, present functions of density normal distribution. Present medium among the regions values of basic indicators, and also diapason of change this indicators. Show the results and proposals on the development of contract system.

Based on the results of a mass survey and series of collective expert interview two factor groups influencing to negative attitude of local community of Novosibirsk towards migrants are revealed: first characterizing objective circumstances that cause problems in relationships of local population and migrants (competition for lacking resources of state budget, enclavistaion of migrants, escalation of competition for job markets, differing behavioral models, etc.), while second concerns rumors and assumptions about migrants that are spreading through the city causing ethnical tensions and negative attitude towards migrants.

Results of researches of the accepting society and migrants are reflected in article. Degree of an inclusiveness of migrants is estimated at the accepting society. Potentially problem discrepancies in views of adult migrants and local population are revealed. Influence of potentially problem discrepancies at interethnic communication is specified adaptation and integration of children of ethnic migrants. On the basis of expert poll of teachers of Novosibirsk schools with a large number of children of migrants, possibility of overcoming of these disagreements is shown. The role of school in adaptation and integration of children of ethnic migrants is shown.

The object of study of this article is the world market of educational services. The subject of study is the government policy of the state as one of the important levers of influence, government control and support for the education market. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the impact of state policy in the sphere of the world market of educational services, promising areas of political programs of the education sector, the analysis of global trends in the world market of educational services. The main contribution of the author is to identify the key aspects that define the conditions of the market development of educational services and the country’s position in the global education market scale.

The paper investigates the problem of constructing of national system for certification of employee qualifications and mechanism of funding. The recommendations on the optimal funding model of the regional certification system are given. Data for subjective view was awareness survey of employees and employers in the Sverdlovsk region. The article may be interesting for researchers specialized in labor economics, and human resources management. Results of the research are useful for elaborating personnel recruiting systems, systems of competence and qualification or labor market regulation policy.
