The problem of preparation of specialists is examined for the Russian economy. The role of education in development of society and strategy of innovative way of development of economy are marked. It is distinguished, that opposite positions are through question of innovative way of development of the Russian economy, because of what different estimations are given to the level of preparation of young specialists. For an innovative economy resources are needed, including shots with high motivation to labour and personal qualities. The analysis of estimation of the personal qualities of students to direction management by a personnel is presented, for determination of their readiness to the innovative economy. It is marked during an analysis, that not all students in the process of educating adequately understand the future place at the market of labour and form necessary qualities in the process of educating. Educating of future specialists needs perfection, especially practical preparation.

The features of outsourcing in comparison with traditional forms of employment are determined, its advantages and disadvantages are given. The current situation of using outsourcing in foreign and domestic practice is described. The prospects for its development in the coming years are highlighted. Recommendations to institutionalize the practice of outsourcing in domestic companies are proposed.

The present paper contains an analysis of the notion of motivation management. It is demonstrated that that common view of motivation management as a set of tools of personnel motivation does not reflect the full content of this category. We propose a new approach towards motivation management as a set of tools of formation and support of company’s motivation climate. Motivation climate is the collective willingness to reach company’s goals and collective agreement concerning means. It is demonstrated that motivation management is a key element of the company’s personnel management system. A list of tools of motivation management is given. Goals of motivation management are described.

Social audit and the social reporting are the new phenomena for Russia. The social reporting created or checked by means of social audit reflects corporate social responsibility. Corporate social responsibility is defined by sociocultural and socioeconomic factors. In each country there are sociocultural and socioeconomic features that results in distinctions of national models of social audit and indicators of the social reporting. The Russian model of social audit is only at an emergence stage. One of important sections of the social reporting is the characteristic of interaction of the company with the personnel. In the actual public social reports questions of human resource management are presented less, than in standards of the social reporting, but for internal use they are presented in social reports more. The existing methodical recommendations about carrying out audit of the personnel confirm that this audit is much more serious, than can seem according to public social reports.

Level and dynamics of compensation in a section of kinds of activity and sectors of the Russian economy in the 2000th, including stages of recovery growth and stabilization is analyzed. Indicators of a nominal salary, labor productivity, real labor expenses are taken as a basis. Qualitatively various tendencies in the ratio of the level of compensation and labor productivity at the level of separate sectors and kinds of activity against the advancing growth of a salary in general on economy are revealed.

Article is devoted to a research problem which relevance in the conditions of transformation of the Russian system of higher education is represented obvious. In work the attention that the high level of quality of educational services is not only the most important parameter of competitiveness of educational institution, but also one of the main motives of its choice potential and real entrants is focused. Noted circumstance is confirmed by results of profile monitoring. The central place in article is given to methodical aspect. Respectively, as the main result containing an element of scientific novelty the original methodical tools intended for monitoring of quality of educational services, aimed at diagnostics of a level of quality of educational services and the structural analysis of its change act. Realization of methodical tools is illustrated on conditional examples. Results of approbation on the example of the analyzed educational program are reflected in work.
